After quitting her gymnastics career and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 as a teenager. One year later at 17, she won her pro card. She became an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel took a six-year break from the stage after earning her professional card in order to further her studies. The year 2015 saw her continue the same path as she did in the previous year, competing in the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first appearance she competed throughout her career and setting new goals every year. At the close of 2009, she won four more fitness awards. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took 6 years to earn her bachelor's degree, after earning the Pro Card. In the month of October, 2015, she made a return with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. They placed her third at the competition. In the summer of 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. In the process, she became a participant in Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she was on stage at the Olympia and took sixth place in her Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectation prior to that and was proud of the result. This is not a surprise since Ariel did well given that she competed with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel's physique is improving every year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm lat pulldowns and pull-ups that are performed using the machine and bent-over rows. She usually warms up first before moving onto the working sets. Ariel uses her time efficiently. Ariel does so by doing supersettings for all her back exercises. This is usually three to 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
